I am very understanding of life circumstances, and I want you to come back 🤍 - clients can cancel their appointment without charge up to 24 hours before their appointment. - if a client chooses to cancel within that 24 hour window, they will be charged a fee of 15% of their original service charge; in reference to base prices on the website. - if a client chooses to no call, no show their appointment an automatic fee of 50% of their original service will be charged. No call no shows (unless it is an emergency, please contact me) must be accounted for. - All clients who choose to book an appointment are shown this policy during booking. Once the appointment is booked that is your formal agreement to these policies. Thank you.
